ABSTRACT
The Abstract submission for Poster or Oral Communications must be done, through the Congress web site platform by Wednesday, 31st July 2013.
After this deadline the Congress web site platform will be automatically switched off.
The Congress Scientific Committee will communicate the accepted poster and oral communication list by Monday, 30th August 2013.
Authors will be informed by an email, to the email address they have written in the website platform during the abstract submission phase.
POSTERS
Posters will be displayed at the meeting venue. Each poster will be numbered and the poster board number corresponding to its poster code is shown on the board. To submit a poster at least one of the named authors must be registered at the Congress. Posters must be displayed from Friday, 8th November starting from 14:00 PM and the size must be: 70 cm wide and 100 cm high.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
The first name on the abstract, if selected, will be the presenter of the oral communication.
The date and time of the presentation will be communicated by the Organizing Secretariat at the end of August 2013.
PROCEEDINGS
All abstracts which have been delivered to the EMBA Congress Secretariat, by Friday, 21st October will be printed and distributed with the Congress Kit.
